The camlock coupling type DP is the dust plug that closes a female part of the camlock system. This version is in stainless steel 316, coupling size 6" - DN150 - DP600. The dust plug closes a female part: a type B, C or D of the same size.
Stainless steel 316 withstands acids, alkalis, seawater and steam cleaning, which makes it the material for food, chemical and pharmaceutical duty. This coupling is made to EN 14420-7, MIL A-A-59326A and therefore mates with camlock parts from any other manufacturer in the same size. Working pressure is 5 bar at ambient temperature. The gasket supplied with it is NBR and suits oils, fuels and hydrocarbons.
