The camlock coupling type F is the male part with a male thread at the rear of the camlock system. This version is in brass, coupling size 1-1/2" - DN40 - F150. Any female part of the same size couples onto this male part: a type B, C or D, or a DC dust cap.
Brass suits water, compressed air and mildly aggressive media, and runs smoothly in the cams. This coupling is made to MIL A-A-59326A, EN 14420-7 and therefore mates with camlock parts from any other manufacturer in the same size. Working pressure is 18 bar at ambient temperature. The gasket supplied with it is NBR and suits oils, fuels and hydrocarbons.
