Returns at Nexaparts

Is your purchase or part of it not quite what you expected? No problem!
You can simply return it to us, if it is unused or damaged (we cannot accept returns of custom-made products).

Conditions:

  • It is within 14 days of receipt
  • The items are not custom-made especially for you
  • The items are not used and/or damaged

How does it work?

1. Check that the items are not damaged.
2. Place the items you want to return in a box (in original packaging if applicable).
3. Include the packing slip or a note so that we know it is your order and write our address on the box.

4. Go to a parcel service, buy a parcel label and return the box.
(We advise you to ask for a tracking code. If it takes too long, you can at least see where the package has gone).

What happens then?
As soon as we receive the order (or the part you are returning), we will check the returned items and credit your purchase amount for the returned items.
This usually takes a maximum of 2 to 3 days.
Please note: Direct exchange for another item is not possible. If you want a different product, you can simply place a new order for it in our webshop.

Can I also exchange?

Unfortunately, that is not possible.
You can return your product(s), then we will credit it.
And in the meantime, you can order the right items.
The advantage is that there is no delay.

Is there a return service?

No, unfortunately we do not have a return service.
You will have to arrange and pay for the return yourself.

This way we can keep the purchase prices low

Will the shipping costs be refunded?

If you return the entire order, we will credit the entire purchase amount, including shipping costs.
If you keep 1 of the products from that order, the shipping costs will not be refunded for a return.

How long does it take to credit?

Usually this is processed within 2 to 3 days after receipt.
In some cases it takes a week.
The refund is done immediately upon crediting.
Depending on your payment method, it can take up to 3 days before it is visible to you.

Why is the refund not visible?

Wat veel banken doen, is de terugbetaling noteren op dezelfde dag als de aankoop.
Dus als jij op de 10e betaald, en je stuurt iets op de 20e terug.
Vervolgens crediteren wij op de 22e. Dan staat het geld (in sommige gevallen) niet op de 22e op je rekening als bijgeschreven, maar bij de 10e zie je een af- en bijschrijving.

Was the order delivered on a pallet?

Please contact us to discuss how we can make this happen.
We understand that not everyone has the ability to ship a pallet.

We can then book a pick up, which we will settle on the credit note.
