By using these robust materials, a long lifespan and reliability of the hoses are guaranteed, which is especially important in industrial applications. Our extensive range makes it possible to find the right hose for each application that meets individual requirements and achieves the highest quality standards.

Safety Features

Safety plays a crucial role in the production and use of these gas hoses. Our hoses are equipped with additional safety features such as an anti-kink mechanism, flame-retardant construction, and high-pressure resistance. These features significantly minimize the risk of kinking, fire hazards, and gas leaks, thus contributing to safety in the workplace. Our gas hoses meet strict safety standards and regulations to ensure they are suitable for various applications.

Applications of Gas Hoses

Gas hoses are widely used in different sectors. In industry, they are used for gas-fired equipment such as ovens, boilers, and burners. In the construction sector, they are essential for the use of portable gas cylinders and equipment such as welding machines and heating equipment. Gas hoses are also frequently used in the hospitality industry for gas-powered cooking equipment such as stoves, fryers, and grills. These hoses are therefore essential for the safe and efficient use of gaseous substances across a wide range of applications, playing an important role in many industries. Their versatility and reliability make them a popular choice for numerous professional applications.

Choosing the Right Gas Hose

When choosing the right type of hose, it is important to consider various factors such as gas compatibility, pressure and temperature resistance, desired length, and fittings. Therefore, we are happy to assist you in choosing the appropriate gas hose. We can help you select the right hose for your specific requirements and safety needs, ensuring optimal and safe operation.

In Summary

In summary, gas hoses provide a reliable solution for the safe transportation of gaseous substances across various sectors. Parts of a Gas Hose

Our gas hoses and accessories may consist of various materials. For example, our valves and fittings are made of brass. Brass is a metal with high resistance. Furthermore, our brass valves and fittings are also durable. This is because brass is corrosion-resistant and can therefore be exposed to different weather conditions.

Another option is to choose a stainless steel (SS) gas hose. This type of gas hose is suitable for almost any installation and is resistant to UV radiation, vegetable oils, and fats. However, we recommend replacing the SS hose every 5 years to avoid potential risks. Additionally, we also have rubber gas hoses. These are suitable, for example, for BBQing. However, please note that these rubber hoses should not be used for ovens, gas stoves, or built-in gas cookers. Prolonged exposure to heat can cause these hoses to dry out and crack. Additionally, these rubber hoses have a production date stamped on them. This allows you to know when the hose was produced and, based on the hose’s age, determine when it should be replaced.

Finally, we also offer propane hoses. These hoses have a shorter lifespan than our other hoses, but you can extend this lifespan. You can do this by regularly inspecting the hose. Additionally, you can extend the lifespan by avoiding exposure to sunlight or saltwater.
