Pressure PVC Couplings

Pressure PVC couplings are used in pressure pipelines. Pressure pipelines are pipes where a specific liquid needs to be transported under a certain pressure from point A to point B. A pressure pipe that meets legal requirements is then necessary. When you are installing a pressure pipeline for drinking water, the PVC pipe must have a KIWA certification.

Pressure pipes and couplings are connected to each other by means of a glue joint to ensure water-tightness. There are also fittings, end pieces, and/or threaded couplings that allow you to make a transition to threaded connections.

The Models

The models we offer include 3-piece couplings, bends, end caps, elbows, ball valves, adhesive rings, sleeves, PE transitions, end pieces, screw sockets, T-pieces, transition sleeves, and transition rings in various sizes.

PVC PVC is an abbreviation for polyvinyl chloride, one of the most commonly used plastics. PVC is a flexible but stable plastic. The characteristics of PVC include:

Waterproof Airtight Electrically, thermally, and acoustically insulating Low maintenance Resistant to wear and impact Lightweight Resistant to various chemicals Durable Recyclable

PVC is known as a very durable material. PVC poses no health risks to humans and animals. PVC does not contain harmful substances that are released into the air as it ages. PVC is the most environmentally friendly material available. This is why more and more people are switching to PVC.

One drawback of PVC is that it can freeze and break at very low temperatures. Generally, a PVC hose can withstand cold temperatures, but if the hose is filled with water, it can break. This happens when the water freezes, causing it to expand against the PVC hose.
