The DN50 PTFE hose with Stainless Steel 316 braided reinforcement is a high-quality, fully assembled flanged hose solution designed for applications where chemical resistance, high temperatures, and reliability are essential. This configuration is supplied complete with EN 1092-1 swivel flanges PN10/40 in Stainless Steel 316, ready for immediate installation.
The hose features a POLARIS H PTFE liner with flared (stub-end) PTFE ends, ensuring a full PTFE wetted surface up to the sealing face. This design eliminates dead zones and reduces contamination risks. The Stainless Steel 316 braid provides enhanced pressure resistance and mechanical protection.
Each PTFE flanged hose DN50 is manufactured to order. Custom lengths, alternative pressure ratings, or different flange standards are available upon request. Every hose is hydrostatically tested, and test certificates are available on request.
