The screen is fixed in a Viton sealing ring, so you clamp a sieve between two Tri Clamp ferrules in one simple step. Ideal for breweries, distilleries and food, pharmaceutical and chemical installations where hops, pulp or particles must stay out of the product flow.

Viton (FKM) withstands high temperatures, oils, fats and aggressive cleaning agents, and keeps its shape during CIP cleaning. The 1mm mesh reliably retains solids while the flow rate stays high. The ring fits any standard 1,25" Tri Clamp connection and mounts like a regular gasket: open the clamp, insert the mesh, close the clamp. Rinse it or run it through the CIP line and it is ready for the next batch.
