The camlock coupling type DC is the dust cap that closes a male part of the camlock system. This version is in brass, coupling size 4" - DN100 - DC400. The dust cap closes a male part: a type A, E or F of the same size.
Brass suits water, compressed air and mildly aggressive media, and runs smoothly in the cams. This coupling is made to EN 14420-7, MIL A-A-59326A and therefore mates with camlock parts from any other manufacturer in the same size. Working pressure is 7 bar at ambient temperature. The gasket supplied with it is NBR and suits oils, fuels and hydrocarbons.
