The Trelleborg Citerdial is widely regarded as the benchmark among milk hoses: extremely flexible, hygienic and built for intensive daily use. From milk collection tankers and unloading bays to process and filling lines in the dairy plant — the Citerdial accepts the tightest bend radius without kinking. Available from Nexaparts in diameters from 25 to 150 mm, by the metre or as a complete assembly with fittings.
The Citerdial was developed for milk: milk collection and transport by tanker, unloading bays at dairy plants, and stationary process and filling installations. The hose is also suitable for other liquid foodstuffs such as wine, beer, cider, fruit juice, vinegar and alcohol up to 50%. Not suitable for fatty foodstuffs and oils — choose the Alikler G2 or Alikler D for those. For beer at higher temperatures and pressures, the Beerdial is the right choice.
The Citerdial complies with EU Regulations 1935/2004, 2023/2006 and 2024/3190, FDA 21 CFR 177.2600, the French regulation of 5 August 2020 and the German BfR recommendation XXI cat. 2. All migration tests have been carried out and approved by the independent French institute IANESCO. The hose is also certified free of animal-derived ingredients (ADI-free). Made in France.

Nexaparts assembles the Citerdial with the Trelleborg UTS coupling system, suitable for all common connections: DIN, SMS, MACON, CLAMP (Tri-Clamp) and GUILLEMIN — including dairy couplings for milk collection tankers. The crimped connection has no retention zones between hose and fitting, leaving bacterial growth no chance. Every assembly features an engraved ferrule with assembly date, ID number and test pressure — fully traceable.
The Citerdial withstands the common cleaning agents: hot water up to 90 °C (max. 30 min.), steam up to 110 °C (open circuit, max. 10 min.), nitric acid, phosphoric acid, chlorinated products, caustic soda, hydrogen peroxide (3% at room temperature) and peracetic acid (0.5% at room temperature). Before first use, fill the hose with warm water of 70–80 °C and leave it for at least 2 hours. A maximum of 2 cleaning cycles per day, always followed by thorough rinsing. Avoid stagnation, do not use internal high-pressure cleaning, and store the hose in a dark, cool place.

Thanks to the combination of extreme flexibility (tightest bend radius without kinking), a hygienic seamless inner lining and a non-marking cover, the Citerdial has been the standard on milk collection tankers and unloading bays for years.
Yes: wine, beer, cider, fruit juice, vinegar and alcohol up to 50%. Not suitable for fatty foodstuffs and oils.
Yes, with steam (open circuit) up to a maximum of 110 °C for no more than 10 minutes per cycle.
Inner diameters from 25 to 150 mm, including the common dairy sizes 38, 51, 63 and 76 mm. By the metre or as an assembly with fittings.
The Lactadial is 20% lighter, but has a lower vacuum rating (0.7 bar) and a smaller size range (51–80 mm). The Citerdial is more flexible and more versatile.
