Material System and Construction

Smooth PTFE inner bore – Chemically near-inert polytetrafluoroethylene inner surface. Minimal friction, no contamination risk, resistant to virtually all process fluids including strong acids, bases and solvents.

Corrugated structure – The outer wall of the PTFE core is corrugated for maximum flexibility whilst maintaining pressure resistance up to 30 bar.

AISI 304 braided reinforcement – Mechanical protection and pressure resistance up to 30 bar working pressure and 120 bar burst pressure.

White silicone cover – Extruded pharmaceutical-grade silicone to protect the braid and ensure HACCP compliance (colour coding).
