This fully assembled hose system combines a smooth PTFE inner bore with an AISI 304 stainless steel braided core and a white silicone outer cover. Supplied as 5m length, ideal for longer installation distances and flexible process connections. Both ends are fitted with professionally assembled Tri-Clamp flanges — ready for immediate use on receipt.
The hose has a nominal diameter of DN50 (50,8 mm) and is designed for high flow volumes and large production lines. Working pressure is 30 bar with a burst pressure of 120 bar. The temperature range of −54°C to +180°C makes the hose suitable for both cryogenic and high-temperature process applications.
PTFE inner bore (smooth bore) – Fully smooth polytetrafluoroethylene with minimal flow resistance. Chemically inert to virtually all aggressive media, acids, bases and solvents.
AISI 304 braiding – Robust braided core providing mechanical reinforcement and pressure resistance up to 30 bar working pressure.
White silicone cover – Pharmaceutical-grade, protects the braid and provides an easy-to-clean outer surface. White colour for HACCP visibility.
Tri-Clamp flanges (pre-assembled) – To DIN 32676 / ISO 2852, size 2 inch (DN50), compatible with all common triclamp systems.
Certified to FDA 21 CFR 177.1550, EU 10/2011 and USP Class VI.
