We offer 5 different types of tools for Alu-Pers. In our range, we have a hand press plier of 16mm-20mm, hand press plier 14mm-32mm, hydraulic hand press plier, pipe cutter, and an Alu-Pers deburrer. With the hand press plier, you can crimp fittings, but this requires some effort because the crimping does not happen automatically. Most crimping pliers use separate and interchangeable press jaws in various shapes and sizes. There are 2 different types of hand press pliers, one can crimp up to 20mm, and the other variant can crimp up to 32mm.
A press machine is a machine that works on a battery, it is the same as a hand press plier, but this machine makes your work much easier with its 350° rotatable head, allowing you to perform crimps in tight spaces more easily. This machine improves your crimping because it has an automatic stop that stops when the crimping is completed. If the crimping fails, the press machine signals this with an LED and sound signal. The great advantage of the machine is that it has a Bluetooth function that allows you to see all the data of the crimping on your phone. Do you want to see data during crimping? For this, the press machine has a special OLED display, so you can easily see the exact pressure and whether a service is needed.

Cut the multilayer tube straight, of course, to the correct length. (Use the correct pipe cutter for this.) Deburr the inside and outside of the multilayer tube using the deburrer. This prevents any remaining burrs from damaging the O-rings. Push the tube into the fitting until it stops. Ensure that the press sleeve is fully over the tube. You can check this by using the inspection windows. Place the Alu-Pers coupling in the correct position in the profile jaw and then crimp the coupling onto the multilayer tube with the hand press plier.
